CHECK-IN: Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled treatment to allow time for a brief intake form, consultation, and use the restroom. The intake form collects all of your pertinent health and personal information that your therapist may need to provide you the most effective therapeutic treatment. You may also complete the intake form online and email it to us prior to your arrive; intake form can be found under the 'Contact&Forms' page.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled treatment. Your therapist may have other clients scheduled after you; we will shorten or cancel your treatment if you are late as to not cut into their appointments. However, you are responsible for paying the full amount of your scheduled session.
You appointment is automatically cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late, and you have not contacted us regarding your late arrival.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to allow us to charge the credit card that you provided to us to reserve the appointment based our cancellation charge policy as follows:
Each service is by appointment and we reserve the therapist's time and the room for only one guest at a time, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations or rescheduling can be made through phone, voicemail, text, or email. Any changes less than 24 hours notice results in losing deposit/retainer fee, any no show results in 100% charge.
For no-shows, we will charge the remaining 50% of the service fee on the credit card that you provided to us to reserve the appointment. We will waive the charge if we can fill your appointment time with another guest.
If you have a "no-show" history, all future appointments will require a 100% retainer fee or you may receive services on walk-in basis (walk-in availabilities are not guaranteed).
If you have a history of no-shows, we will NOT accept your future appointment without a 100% pre-payment (retainer fee). You may still receive services by walk-in; availabilities are not guaranteed.
To assure client and therapist safety, it is our policy that front door remain locked, if our receptionist is out of the office, and all therapists are in session. This ensures no one enters our facility unexpectedly. If you arrive early and the door is locked, allow us a few moments to finish the active services and we will unlock the door as soon as possible.
We are committed to providing a safe space for you. As part of this commitment, we follow safety protocols to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.
