Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at lilyhsy21@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

CHECK-IN: Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled treatment to allow time for a brief intake form, consultation, and use the restroom. The intake form collects all of your pertinent health and personal information that your therapist may need to provide you the most effective therapeutic treatment. You may also complete the intake form online and email it to us prior to your arrive; intake form can be found under the 'Contact&Forms' page.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled treatment. Your therapist may have other clients scheduled after you; we will shorten or cancel your treatment if you are late as to not cut into their appointments. However, you are responsible for paying the full amount of your scheduled session.

You appointment is automatically cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late, and you have not contacted us regarding your late arrival.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to allow us to charge the credit card that you provided to us to reserve the appointment based our cancellation charge policy as follows:

Each service is by appointment and we reserve the therapist's time and the room for only one guest at a time, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations or rescheduling can be made through phone, voicemail, text, or email. Any changes less than 24 hours notice results in losing deposit/retainer fee, any no show results in 100% charge.

For no-shows, we will charge the remaining 50% of the service fee on the credit card that you provided to us to reserve the appointment. We will waive the charge if we can fill your appointment time with another guest.

If you have a "no-show" history, all future appointments will require a 100% retainer fee or you may receive services on walk-in basis (walk-in availabilities are not guaranteed).

If you have a history of no-shows, we will NOT accept your future appointment without a 100% pre-payment (retainer fee). You may still receive services by walk-in; availabilities are not guaranteed.

To assure client and therapist safety, it is our policy that front door remain locked, if our receptionist is out of the office, and all therapists are in session. This ensures no one enters our facility unexpectedly. If you arrive early and the door is locked, allow us a few moments to finish the active services and we will unlock the door as soon as possible.

We are committed to providing a safe space for you. As part of this commitment, we follow safety protocols to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.

  • Disinfect all surfaces with disinfectants daily.
  • Clean and disinfect all implements w/ Barbicide between appointments.
  • Freshly laundered linens and towels for every client.
  • Placements of hand sanitizers throughout the facility.

CONSULTATION: Before your massage/facial/ body treatment session begins, you should have a brief discussion with your therapist about the areas you would like to focus on or avoid, as well as any techniques or modalities (ie. hot stones, steam, or back-walking) you would like to avoid.

Once you are in your treatment room, you will undress to your comfort level.

  • Typically, it is best to remove all clothing from waist up. You may leave your bra on if you're more comfortable, but please lower the bra straps off your arms.
  • Your therapist will provide you with a body wrap, and you will start between the sheets.

The receptionist or your therapist will meet you at the front desk with a bottle of water to help you hydrate.

  • It is important to drink plenty of fluid to keep your body & skin hydrated to maintain the facial glow.
  • Enjoy your natural glow and AVOID make-up for 24-48 hours.
  • NO scrubs, acids, exfoliant, and aggressive ingredients for 7-10 days.
  • Avoid excessive sun exposure, sauna, and intense workout.
  • Avoid touching or picking your skin.
  • Change your pillow case, clean your phone screen.
  • Wear SPF 50+ and reapply every 2-3 hours.
  • If our receptionist is working the front-desk, you can schedule your next appointment right away. Otherwise, you can book online, or over the phone/email at a later time!

Once you are in your treatment room, you will undress to your comfort level.

  • Typically, it is best to remove all clothing on the area(s) you are receiving the massage. Most clients undress to their undergarments, but it is completely up to your comfort level.
  • If you would like your therapist to focus on the neck & should areas, it is best to remove your bra. An alternative is to unhook the back and lower the straps off your arms.
  • You will start on the table between the sheets. You may find your top cover sheet rolled-up at the end of the table.

Your therapist will only expose the particular area that he/she is working on and you will be modestly covered during the rest of the session.

  • Actively communicate with your therapist about the pressure level, whether it is too light or too deep, and the temperature of the stones & towels, if it is too warm or too cool.
  • Your therapist is delighted to chat if you'd like to talk during the session; on the other hand, your therapist will also let you relax in silence.

The receptionist or your therapist will meet you at the front desk with a bottle of water to help you hydrate.

  • It is important to drink plenty of fluid to help you eliminate the metabolic wastes and toxins released from the tissues during your session.
  • If our receptionist is working the front-desk, you can schedule your next appointment right away. Otherwise, you can book online, or over the phone/email at a later time!

All clients under the age of 16 must have signed permission from a parent or legal guardian, and the minor must be accompanied by the parent/guardian for the duration of the service (within the premises of the business).

All clients under the age of 18, but over the age of 16, must have signed permission from a parent or legal guardian on file.

If you are experiencing cold, flu, or fever, we will ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You must be flu or fever free for at least 24 hours.

Our therapists prefer you to remove larger jewelries, such as necklaces, watches, and bracelets before your treatment starts. You can find a glass jewelry jar in each treatment room, but you can also leave your jewelries in your purse or car.

Definitely! However, it may wear off onto the sheets during your session.

If you have your hair done before the massage, please let our therapists know so they may take extra precautions. You can also request a hair wrap to protect your hair from getting in contact with the oil or lotion.

If you want extra focus on the neck and shoulder areas, our therapists recommend you to style your hair into a high ponytail / bun.

Please inform your therapist of any allergies (new and old) before every treatment.

Do NOT shave or wax at least 2 day before your service. Shaving and waxing can open your hair follicles or create microtears in skin, increasing the chances that the sea salt or sugar may irritate your skin. Resume shaving the day after your service.

Mechanical exfoliation removes the dead skin cells from your epidermis. Before the new layer of cells grow in, add moisturizing step to your nightly routine (for 3-5 days) to keep your skin barrier protected and hydrated.

Please use your spa voices inside of our facility so as to not disturb clients and therapists in session.

We Accept Cash, Debit & Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Paypal, and Venmo Payments.
